Grammar Rules

Verb form IV — causative
فَسَتُبْصِرُ (So you will see) uses form IV (أَفْعَلَ) — the أ at the start makes it causative ("to make someone do something").
We translate it as "to make [someone] do" or "to cause [action]".
Future سَ (will)
فَسَتُبْصِرُ (So you will see) starts with سَ, which turns a present tense verb into future tense.
We add "will" — the action hasn't happened yet.
