Grammar Rules

Jussive verb
وَيَرْزُقْهُ (And He will provide for him) is in the jussive mood — it comes after لم ("did not") or a conditional word, which shortens its ending.
We translate it as "did not [verb]" or as part of a condition.
Conjunction وَ (and)
وَيَرْزُقْهُ (And He will provide for him) starts with وَ, the most common Arabic word — it means "and".
We add "and" to connect this to what came before.

Sahih International

And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allāh - then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allāh will accomplish His purpose. Allāh has already set for everything a [decreed] extent.
