Passive voice
۞ لَتُبْلَوُنَّ (You will certainly be tested) is passive — the action is happening to someone, but who is doing it is not mentioned.
We translate it as "is/was [done]" — e.g. "was created", "is known".
Verb form IV — causative
۞ لَتُبْلَوُنَّ (You will certainly be tested) uses form IV (أَفْعَلَ) — the أ at the start makes it causative ("to make someone do something").
We translate it as "to make [someone] do" or "to cause [action]".
Emphatic لَ (indeed)
۞ لَتُبْلَوُنَّ (You will certainly be tested) starts with لَ for emphasis — it's like saying "indeed!" or "certainly!".
We add "indeed" or "certainly" to show the emphasis.

Sahih International

You will surely be tested in your possessions and in yourselves. And you will surely hear from those who were given the Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allāh much abuse. But if you are patient and fear Allāh - indeed, that is of the matters [worthy] of resolve.
