Conjunction وَ (and)

وَأَمَّا (But as for) starts with وَ, the most common Arabic word — it means "and".

We add "and" to connect this to what came before.

But as for those whose faces turn white, [they will be] within the mercy of Allāh. They will abide therein eternally.
